ब्राह्मी हिमासरा तिक्ता लघुर्मेध्या च शीतला

Each tablet contains aqueous extract derived from 2 g of Brahmi (Centella asiatica).
Kushta, Pandu, Prameha, Raktapitta, Kasa, Shotha, Jwara and Manovaha-Sroto vikara. 
1-2 tablets, 2-3 times a day, one hour before food or as directed by the physician.


a. Brahmi revitalises the brain and nervous system, it increases attention span & concentration and combat ageing. It significantly decreases MDA, increases glutathione & catalase levels and protects neurons from oxidative damage.

b. A favourable improvement contributed to depression and other age-related conditions like hypertension, peripheral neuritis, insomnia, loss of appetite and constipation, indicative of multiple clinical effects of Brahmi in age-related cognitive decline in the elderly.

c. Brahmi increases cerebral level of GABA. It has a very safe and significant role in management of epilepsy. It deceases epileptic seizures and reduces severity and duration of each seizure. It prevents post epileptic cognitive impairment.


Brahmi inhibits gastric lesions, strengthens the gastric mucosal barrier and reduces the damaging effects of free radicals. By inhibiting NO, it facilitates ulcer healing. It is very useful in the management of acid-peptic disorders.
