Ingredients:
Each tablet contains aqueous extract derived from 2.5 g of Madhunashini (Gymnema sylvestre).
Indications:
Kushta, Prameha, Kasa and Krimi. 
Dosage:
1-2 tablets, 2-3 times a day, one hour before food or as directed by the physician.

PANCREAS:

The leaf extract of Madhunashini has a significant role in optimizing the normal function of Pancreas. It stimulates islets of Langerhans and safely increases insulin secretion. It helps in regulation of beta- cells and modulates pancreatic cell function.

LARGE INTESTINE:

Madhunashini positively influences large intestine to maintain homeostasis of glucose and lipids. It inhibits the absorption of glucose in large intestine and blocks glucose receptors. It also helps to reduce excess lipid through faecal excretion.

ANTI-DIABETIC:

The aqueous extract helps to overcome insulin resistance, increases glucose utilization, improves glucose tolerance, and curbs glucose craving. It is a safe and useful drug in the management of Diabetes and its complications.

HYPOLIPIDEMIC:
