Triphala
(Three myrobalans, P.) 1.5 g, Musta (Cyperus rotundus, Rz.) 3 g,
Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna, Bk.) 1.5 g, Jeeraka (Cuminum cyminum,
Fr.) 2 g, Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia, St.) 1 g, Sariva (Hemidesmus
indicus, Rt.) 500 mg, Eranda (Ricinus communis, Rt.) 500 mg, Godanti
bhasma 100 mg, Shirashuladivajra rasa 20 mg, & Mandura bhasma 30 mg.
Indications:
Shirashula,
Suryavarta, & Ardhavabhedaka.
Pharmacological Actions:

Soothes peripheral nociceptors and engages natural
opioid receptors.

Rapidly reduces the sharp and acute intensity of
sudden head ache.

Regulates ionic calcium channels to stop arterial
swelling.

Prevents the agonizing "throbbing"
sensation.
