निम्बः शीतो लघुर्ग्राही कटुपाकोऽग्निवातनुत् |
अहृद्यः श्रमतृट्कासज्वरारुचिकृमिप्रनिणुत् |
व्रणपित्तकफच्छर्दिकुष्ठहृल्लासमेहनुत् ||
निम्बपत्रं स्मृतं नेत्र्यं कृमिपित्तविषप्रणुत् |
वातलं कटुपाकञ्च सर्वारोचककुष्ठनुत् ||
निम्बफलं रसे तिक्तं पाके तु कटुभेदनम् |
स्निग्धं लघूष्णं कुष्ठघ्नं गुल्मार्शःकृमिमेहनुत् ||

Ingredients:
Each tablet contains aqueous extract derived from 2.5 g of Nimba (Azadirachta indica).
Indications:
Vrana, Chardhi, Kasa, Jwara, Aruchi, Kushta, Krumi, Gulma, Arshas and Kandu.
Dosage:  
1-2 tablets, 2-3 times a day, one hour before food or as directed by the physician.

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY:

Neem bark is safe anti- infective and anti- inflammatory. It regulates pro-inflammatory enzymatic activities, including cyclooxygenase (COX) & lipoxygenase (LOX) enzymes and is useful in management of skin diseases, sores and wounds.

ANTI-CANCER:

Its phytoconstituents has a significant role in the management of cancer through the regulation of cell signalling pathways. It modulates the activity of various tumour suppressor genes, angiogenesis, transcription factors and apoptosis.

ANTIOXIDANT & ANTIMICROBIAL:

It neutralises free radicals & stabilise the reactive oxygen species before they attack any biological system. It helps to activate antioxidative enzyme & has an inhibitory effect on bacterial growth & the breakdown of the microbial cell wall.

HEPATO & NEPHRO-PROTECTIVE:

By regular use of Neem, significant protection is evidenced by the decrease of elevated serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, gamma- glutamyl transpeptidase, alkaline phosphatase, total bilirubin, creatinine, uric acid & urea.
