Ingredients:
Each tablet contains aqueous extract derived from 2 g of Sariva (Hemidesmus indicus).
Indications:
Ajirna, Aruchi, Shwasa, Kasa and Amavata.
Dosage:
1-2 tablets, 2-3 times a day, one hour before food or as directed by the physician.

ANTI-ULCER:

By its mucoprotective activity, Sariva significantly protects from the formation of gastric and mucosal lesions and heals acid- peptic ulcers. It is a safe and effective drug in the management of hyperchlorhydria.

HEPATOPROTECTIVE:

Sariva alleviate ethanol- induced liver toxicity. It has shown to induce apoptosis in human hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cell by caspase-3 and caspase-9 activation, pro-apoptotic Bax up-regulation and anti- apoptotic Bcl-2 genes down- regulation.

ARTHRITIS:

It reduces reactive oxygen species (ROS) and inflammatory cytokines IL8 and TNFA(32) and shows anti-inflammatory activity compared to diclofenac sodium gel. Terpenes, sterols, and phenolic compounds show protective activities against arthritis.

COOLANT:

Owing to the coolant property, the aqueous extract of Sariva is safe and effective drug in management of Acid peptic disorders, Burning micturition, Burning sensation, Haemorrhoids & Fever.
