शतावरी गुरुः शीता तिक्ता स्वाद्वी रसायनी ।

Each tablet contains aqueous extract derived from 2.5 g of Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus).
Gulma, Atisara, Shukra kshaya, Amlapitta, Shwasa, Kasa and Ajirna. 
1-2 tablets, 2-3 times a day, one hour before food or as directed by the physician.


By its rejuvenating and tonic properties, Shatavari prevents ageing, increases longevity, imparts immunity, improves mental function, and add vitality to the body. It is excellent genito-urinary tonic and helps in management of related complications.


The root is rich in saponins which helps to hinder the oxytocic activity on uterine musculature. Aqueous extract of Shatavari helps to maintain the spontaneous uterine motility and thus relieves dysmenorrhea.


It helps in reduction in acid & pepsin contents and increases mucin-bicarbonate secretion & life span of mucosal cells. It promotes gastric emptying, protects gastric mucosa, relieve the pain and burning sensation due to duodenal ulcers.


It is a safe and effective herb of choice to improve the lactation without causing any untoward effect on the neonate as well as the mother. The aqueous extract of Shatavari helps to improve the lactation immediately after parturition.
