विदारिपञ्चाङ्गुलवृश्चिकालीवृश्चीवदेवाह्वयशूर्पपर्ण्यः ।
कण्डूकरी जीवनह्रस्वसंज्ञे द्वे पञ्चके गोपसुता त्रिपादी ॥

Ingredients:
Each 50 ml. contains the extracts of: Vidari (Pueraria tuberosa, Tb), Panchangula (Ricinus communis, Rt), Vrishchikali (Gymnema sylvestre, Lf), Vrischiva (Boerhavia diffusa, Rt), Devahva (Cedrus deodara, Hw), Mashaparni (Teramnus labialis, Pl), Mudgaparni (Phaseolus trilobus, Pl), Kandukari (Mucuna pruriens, Sd), Abheeru (Asparagus racemosus, Rt), Veera (Ipomoea mauritiana, Tb), Jeevanti (Holostemma ada-kodien, St), Jeevaka (Malaxis acuminata, Rt), Rishabhaka (Manilkara hexandra, Rt), Brihati (Solanum indicum, Rt), Prishniparni (Uraria picta, Rt), Shalaparni ( Desmodium gangeticum, Rt), Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris, Rt), Kantakari (Solanum xanthocarpum, Rt), Shweta Sariva (Hemidesmus indicus, Rt ) & Tripadi (Adiantum lunulatum, Rt) 2.5 g each.
Indications:
It is Vatapitta shamaka & Brumhana yoga and is useful in Urdhwanabhigataroga such as Shwasa, Hridroga, Kasa, Urakshata, Gulma, Angamarda, Shosha, and in apatarpanajanya vyadhis.
Dosage:
10-15 ml. with 30-45 ml. of boiled & warm water, one hour before food, 2-3 times a day or as directed by the physician.
Directions: 
Shake well before consumption.
