Refund Policy

1. General

A. This website with the URL of www.pentacare.in ("website/site") is operated by Pentacare Ayurpharma.

B. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. However in case of transit damage, we offer return and refund facilities in accordance with this refund policy ("policy").

C. You are advised to read our terms and conditions along with this policy at the following webpage: www.pentacare.in/terms-conditions.

D. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on this website.

E. We offer a 7 working days refund policy for the eligible products.

F. Please read this policy before making a purchase on this website, so that you understand your rights as well as what you can expect from us if you are not happy with your purchase.


2. Definitions

A. "Business days" - means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, Public holiday, or Bank holiday in India or in the state where our office is located.

B. "Customer" - means a person who buys any goods for consideration but does not include a person who purchases such goods to resell them.

C. "Date of transaction" - means the date of purchase of any product, which includes the date of any renewal processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable product agreement.

D. "Website" - means this website with the URL: www.pentacare.in.


3. Refund rules

A. Every effort is made so as to service the orders placed, as per the specifications and timelines mentioned with respect to a product. In case of any unforeseen circumstances the order may be delayed by few working days with prior intimation to the customer.

B. We will not process a return if you have placed the order for the wrong product variant, or incorrect product.

C. When you make a qualifying return, we will refund the full amount.

D. Replacement and refund shall be subject to testing and verifying the alleged damage by an authorized person on behalf of us.

E. Once qualified, the refunds will be initiated through original mode of payment used during purchase.


4. Products damaged during the transit

A. Do not accept the delivery, if the primary package is damaged.

B. Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product was delivered in damaged condition within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

C. We will organize to collect it and replace it with an equivalent product, or provide a refund if requested.

D. After unboxing if you found damaged product, take a photograph and upload within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

E. Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it.


5. Order not confirmed but amount deducted

A. If the amount has been deducted and the order is not confirmed, please do contact your respective bank. It takes 7 (seven) business days to reverse back the amount by the respective bank.

B. If the issue has not been resolved within 7 (seven) business days, you can contact our customer care support as follows: support@pentacare.in.


6. Exemptions

A. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this policy, we may refuse to provide replacement, or refund for a product you purchased if:

i) If the product has been used or opened.

ii) The products are not in the same condition as when they were delivered.

iii) The product is returned after the return window is closed or the refund period expires.

iv) Any other exceptions apply under the consumer protection act, 2019.


7. Rules of refund/replacement of the product

A. The request for refund/replacement of the products can be made in the following manner:

- click on my account and select my orders and select order(s) you placed that you wish to refund/replace.

- you can send an email to: support@pentacare.in.

B. You are eligible to return the damaged product only if you return the products in the same condition in which you received them.

C. For approved replacement, our courier partner will contact with you and arrange for pickup.


8. Response time

A. Refunds are normally processed within 7 business days after the initiation.

B. The period of refund may also depend on various banking and payment channels, and we will not be liable for any errors or delays in a refund due to banks or third-party service providers.


9. Cancellation of return request

A request for return or refund once made can be cancelled by contacting customer care at support@pentacare.in.


10. Refusal of return or refund request

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any return request if such a request is not in compliance with this policy or applicable laws.


11. Refund and replacement method

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact to provided mobile number/send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund/replacement will be processed.

a. Refund - credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

b. Replacement - items within return window are eligible for free replacement. The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order is returned. Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

1. Item received is physically damaged;

2. Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on www.pentacare.in.
